The Experience

We brought live screen printing to the heart of IAEE’s Expo! Expo! 2025 by teaming up with Personify at their booth inside the George R. Brown Convention Center. Before the show even opened, we partnered with Personify’s creative team to pre-print their logo on the back—setting the stage for built-in brand visibility.

Once the floor went live, the booth turned into a front-row seat to the action. Guests picked their favorite design, locked in their size, and watched our printers pull each shirt by hand right in front of them. The hypnotic rhythm of live printing drew a steady crowd, while Personify’s onsite caricature artists kept the laughs coming as attendees reacted to their (sometimes brutally honest) portraits

The Result

Expo! Expo! attracts some of the most seasoned event professionals in the industry—people who don’t stop unless something truly grabs their attention. And yet, the live screen printing activation did exactly that. The Personify booth became a natural crowd magnet, with attendees literally stopping in their tracks to watch our team pull prints by hand. The mesmerizing, tactile process sparked curiosity, drew consistent foot traffic, and kept guests engaged longer than a typical booth interaction. The result was sustained visibility, meaningful conversations, and a branded takeaway that attendees proudly wore throughout the show—proving that even industry veterans can still be wowed.
