The Experience
Freeman set out to level up the merch game at IAEE’s Expo! Expo! 2025, and we helped bring the vision to life with a fully personalized experience at the George R. Brown Convention Center. The canvas? Sleek belt bags and wristlets. The twist? Live heat pressing and monogramming that turned everyday swag into must-have keepsakes.
Attendees stepped into full creative mode—mixing and matching from five custom patch designs, adding monogrammed letters, and choosing from multiple belt bag and wristlet colorways. The result was truly one-of-a-kind merch, designed by the guest and finished on the spot.
The activation lived inside a buzzy booth experience, complete with a pop-up cocktail bar and a croquet-inspired setup that playfully challenged exhibitors to hit their event goals. Custom, interactive, and undeniably fun—this was swag that people lined up for and actually wanted to wear.
The Result
Personalization proved to be the ultimate crowd-pleaser. The live monogramming activation consistently drew lines, with attendees eager to add a custom letter and create something that felt truly their own.
