The Experience
At their partner summit Telarus went all out with a double activation, offering live screen printing AND a tote bag patch bar for visitors to their booth—and as the hosts of the event they had lots of traffic! With heavy emphasis on developing AI technology attendees could learn about new products and build partnerships while networking. Telarus leaned into the Dallas / Ft Worth location with western themed designs on T-shirts and patches. When the stock patches online were not a good match? Apdat’s design team created custom patch designs to make their tote bag bar one of a kind!
The Result
We received constant feedback from attendees that the Telarus booth was the most interactive and fun giveaway of the day, meaning having a human element and engaging a guest in the process creates a lasting impact. More than just a shirt and a tote, there is a memory associated with the event which encourages future brand x client relationships to flourish.
