The Experience
APDAT brought live screen printing to the CDW Summit in Dallas, Texas, on September 23, giving attendees the chance to customize their own event merch. Guests could choose between shirts and tote bags, with designs centered around the summit’s tech-focused theme. Many of the shirts featured variations of “The Smartest 2 Days in Tech,” putting a playful spin on the event’s focus while giving attendees a wearable reminder of the experience.
The Result
With live printing onsite, attendees could watch their items come together and leave with something they had a hand in creating. Offering both shirts and totes gave guests options, while the event-specific designs connected the merch directly to the CDW Summit. Rather than picking up a standard giveaway, attendees got a personalized keepsake from two days dedicated to technology, ideas, and industry connections.
