The Experience

Boomi kicked off its 2027 Fiscal Year in Austin, Texas with a high-energy celebration designed to bring teams together and set the tone for the year ahead. Surrounded by great food, drinks, and live music, the event buzzed with excitement as employees gathered to connect and celebrate.

A big draw for the crowd was our live screen printing activation, where attendees selected from custom Boomi designs and watched their shirts being printed by hand in real time. The rhythmic pull of the squeegee and the immediacy of the process created a magnetic focal point, drawing crowds and adding a tactile, creative layer to the festivities. In just a short window of time, our team produced an impressive 400 custom shirts onsite. Combined with 500 pre printed, a total of 900 Boomi branded t-shirts were distributed by the end of the event.

The Result

The activation delivered both scale and spirit. Printing at that quantity ensured that a huge portion of the team could take part, creating a shared visual identity that carried through the rest of the event and beyond. The live printing process kept energy levels high and gave people a reason to pause, connect, and enjoy the moment together. Rather than feeling like standard event merchandise, the shirts became something attendees were genuinely excited to wear, reinforcing a sense of camaraderie and setting an optimistic tone for the year ahead. The experience proved that when you combine craftsmanship with a lively atmosphere, even a large corporate gathering can feel personal and memorable.
