We helped set the tone for IAEE’s Expo! Expo! 2025 by teaming up with Houston First to throw an unforgettable welcome party on Avenida de las Americas. The night kicked off with a jaw-dropping drone show and awards ceremony, then rolled straight into hands-on fun.
Our crew fired up the heat presses and brought customization to life, pressing custom IAEE and Houston First patches onto trucker hats in real time. Guests picked their hat color, watched the magic happen, and walked away with a one-of-a-kind souvenir.
The energy didn’t stop there. The space buzzed with leather metal hammering, a tie-dye station, and a live performance by Houston's favorite, The Suffers. To top it all off, the party got a star-studded boost with surprise appearances from Clutch of the Houston Rockets and Diesel from Houston Dynamo.

The Result
The experience didn’t just entertain—it delivered results. By inviting guests to create something of their own, we sparked genuine excitement and early buzz for the days ahead. Hundreds of attendees left the welcome party proudly wearing their custom hats, instantly turning them into walking billboards throughout the next two days of Expo! Expo! The activation fueled organic conversations, boosted brand visibility across the show floor, and set a high-energy tone that carried through the entire event. Guests arrived at Expo! Expo! already hyped, already connected, and already repping IAEE and Houston First.
