Live Heat Pressing x Houston First PCMA 2025

The Experience

Live Heat Pressing X Houston First PCMA

PCMA Convening Leaders is a showcase of cities promoting education, networking, and professional development for business event professionals and Houston stepped it up as the 2025 host city.

Attendees got to decorate their own tote bag with Houston-inspired interstellar decals, personalized with their name.

The booth also featured a pop-up kitchen with rotating local chefs that curated mouthwatering menus including Chef Christine Ha, winner of Masterchef season 3, and Evelyn Garcia, finalist of Top Chef season 19.

The activation combo was a huge hit for attendees who were visiting from all over the nation.

The Result

As the future host city for PCMA 2025, Houston had one job: impress.

This activation delivered. By combining custom tote bags with local culinary talent, the booth captured what makes Houston unique—flavor, creativity, and community.

The tote station gave guests a personalized, interactive keepsake, while the rotating chef pop-up added cultural depth and local pride.

Together, it was more than a booth—it was a bold, multisensory preview of what to expect in 2025. High foot traffic, high engagement, and high praise.
